Free Patriotic Event will draw 30,000 people
June 29th & 30th at Twin Oaks Park in Rocklin
The Destiny Community Center will be hosting its 11th annual patriotic event, Celebrate America. Celebrate America is a day of great music, delicious food, and one of the largest firework presentations in the area. We will honor our armed forces and first responders, witness an amazing military flyover demonstration, and enjoy a good old-fashioned musical production. People will leave inspired and proud to be a part of the greatest countries in the world.
Special Music Guests
This year, the Destiny Community Center is excited to welcome retired Naval petty officer General Wilson and American Idol finalist, Michael Sarver. General Wilson has been a featured performer at NFL games, MLB games, NBA finals, and the NCAA Championship. He has attracted millions of fans with his amazing rendition of the National Anthem. Michael Sarver, an American singer who was a finalist in season 8 of American Idol, will be bringing that old country charm to our production this year.
Pre-Show Entertainment
From live music, dozens of award-winner food vendors, and giveaways, the pre-show has something for everyone. Our "Good Ol' American Carnival" kids area will leave kids in excitement and wonder as they experience an immersive space of fun, games, and prizes.

The Destiny Community Center is a Sacramento-based non-profit that provides resources for families and individuals in the region. Since inception, they have given 29,000 bikes, 60,000 pounds of food, 15,000 backpacks, and millions of dollars in free classes, workshops, and community programs.
